One Way to Silence Your Inner Critic

When you feel your inner critic starting to emerge, just stop for a second.

 

Look at it in the face and ask; is what it’s telling me actually factual? Is it just being outright mean and nasty? Do I actually need to know this stuff it’s telling me?

 

If your answer is ‘hell no’ to all of those, then feel free to tell it to fuck right off.
