Seek Support From Those Who Make You Feel Safe

At Nalla, we all agree that it’s important to look for support from people who make you feel safe and cared for.

 

The person you talk to doesn’t have to be able to fix you, but they need to be a good listener—someone who’ll listen attentively and compassionately without being distracted or judging you.

 

Reach out to someone close to you, and be honest with them about your feelings. This can be hard to do, but even saying you need help out loud can be half the battle. Take it a step at a time, but just remember that you don’t have to face this challenge alone.
