Hang Your Head in…a Good Way

This slightly odd technique has helped us if we’re feeling like our brain is full to bursting. See if it works for you, too.


When standing, try bending forward and letting your head hang down by your knees (depending on how flexible you are).


Let yourself hang there for a minute or so.


Doing this when you feel like your mind is racing could go a long way in calming your thoughts and clearing your mind.
