Go for a Run, Or Even a Walk

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed or even sad, go for a run. A short, easy, uplifting run.

 

Running also gives you the opportunity to go and explore somewhere familiar or somewhere new. Or just wander and see where you end up.

 

If running seems like too big of a jump, go on a walk. The benefits of doing either cannot be emphasized enough.
