Try to Find Your Worth
Think back to all the times you did feel worthy. It can be anything – a great trip, a job promotion, some fantastic bus journey with your grandma. Anything.
Try to refocus your thoughts on everything that has gone well, instead of fixating on what you haven’t done as well at.
By focussing your energy and emotions on the positives, and letting go of the potential negatives, you give yourself much more breathing room to feel in control of who you are and what you are capable of.
